When will I receive my photos?

• While we strive to deliver all products in a prompt and efficient manner, some orders are currently taking up to 8 weeks for completion.
  • We have adjusted our offerings, but lingering supply-chain issues still have many materials and products in short supply.

• For youth leagues, most photos are mailed directly to you.
  • Check with our staff on Photo Day to see how your images will be delivered.

• For schools, finished photos will be delivered to the Athletic Dept for distribution.

• Online orders will receive an email when their order ships. Please use a valid email address, or check your SPAM folder for email from David Grupa Sports.

I haven’t received my photos yet.

• When was your league’s Photo Day?
  • Most orders are delivered within 6-8 weeks of Photo Day.
    

There’s a problem with my order.

• I’m missing an item.
  • If you ordered specialty items in addition to photos and photo products, they may be shipped separately. Check your order envelope for a note letting you know about missing items.
    
• Even though we check every finished order, mistakes still happen.
  • For spelling errors, incorrect images or products, we will gladly reprint them for you.
