Our league has dealt with some inexperienced photographers in the past. How do we know our photographs will be better with you?
The big-box companies are focused on volume with a goal of doing as many teams as they can, hiring part-time “shooters” to fill their needs.
While parents and “friends with nice cameras” mean well, they don’t have the organizational experience and technical expertise to produce quality images and offer a wide product variety. With over 40 years in business and happy clients across the region, we’re doing it right!
What’s the big deal about Certified Photographers?
David and Kirsten Grupa are two of just 50 Certified Professional Photographers in the State of Minnesota and will work personally with your league or team. They have been tested and reviewed for technical excellence and have over 50 years of combined photographic experience.
Are you insured?
Yes! We also make sure the environment players are coming into is as safe as possible. We take the time to ensure our work area is secure.
What is a “Create-Your-Package”?
Over the years, one of the things we have learned is that one size does not fit all. By offering both Individual Products and our unique “Create-Your-Package” options, parents and players are able to select the items they want most while getting the best value for their money.
How are your completed orders delivered?
All finished products are individually labeled, packaged and sorted by team for ease in distribution. We also offer a Direct Delivery option for parents who prefer to have their finished photographs mailed directly to their home.
How quickly are finished images completed?
We strive to deliver all orders no later than 21 days from Photo Day.
How do you handle parent order inquiries?
Every order is hand-inspected for both quality and accuracy before delivery. Our ordering system is designed to eliminate order mix-ups. In the rare occurrence that an order is missing items, the parent is notified and those images will be shipped directly to them at no additional expense.
